An Amaretto Sour is a balanced, refreshing cocktail made with smooth Disaronno Amaretto liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of sweetness. Often finished with egg white for a silky texture, it delivers a perfect blend of nutty, sweet, and citrus flavours.
Ingredients
- 60ml Disaronno Amaretto,
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice,
- 15ml egg whites OR Aquafab (vegan-friendly),
- 5ml Sugar Syrup (optional)
Method
- Dry shake all ingredients first to thicken.
- Then add ice and shake again.
- Double strain into a glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
