Ingredients

  • 4 lemons
  • 2 limes
  • 1 cup Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
  • 3 tablespoons cranberry juice
  • 2 packets unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water

Method

  1. Cut lemons and limes length-wise and carefully remove the flesh from the peel without tearing. Discard flesh.
  2. Pour the wine and cranberry juice into a large pitcher.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over wine mixture and let stand for 2 minutes.
  4. Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Add boiling water to wine and gelatin. Stir until completely combined.
  5. Arrange peels on a tray and pour mixture into peels until completely full.
  6. Place in refrigerator until jello is set, about 2 hours.
